Penelope Homes is the creative project of Brisbane-based builder, Jimmy Gray. With over a decade of industry experience, Jimmy brings a reputation for being detail-oriented to his business. Alongside his trusted team, Jimmy works hard for his clients every step of the way - from planning and design to construction and handover. The Penelope Homes difference comes from the relationships we’ve forged over the years, with both clients and suppliers. Our industry connections and communication make your build run smoother, and this is reflected by the number of repeat clients we have.

The name, Penelope Homes, comes from Jimmy’s much-loved site dog, Penny. Although she’s no longer with us, you can expect to see her younger sister, Paisley, by Jimmy’s side at all times.
